Daniel Salem Dawkins ll is on a mission to led our business to become one of the leaders in developing New York Tri-State and surrounding neighborhoods across the country. 

After 26 years as a General Contractor/Builder and currently still the CEO and President of Dawkins Development Group Inc. , Daniel's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the city's biggest institutions, investors, and private lenders. 

Daniel Dawkins is currently building in New York, New Jersey, connecticut, Atlanta and Dallas as a general contractor. 

No slowing down in sight, Daniel is still taking our projects to new heights. As a Real Estate Developer, his eagle eye for detail not only applies to the building industry. 

His forsight and vision for human development has been a passion that allowed him to build so many relationships in business by way of helping others grow thoughout the community, life and business. 

  Ana Miranda began her career as a security guard, gaining years of experience before transitioning into law enforcement.

Drawing from her background in security, she became an entrepreneur and established her own security company. Initially focused on nightlife security, the business has since been gearing towards residential security.

Ana is also a full-time Real Estate agent based out of Brooklyn New York. Ana’s interest in real estate led her to partner with a construction company in 2021, and expanding into home improvements.

 After seeking further Insite, she pursued opportunities to work with the city, obtaining her general contractor license in 2023 and securing city contracts that she is currently working on to date. 

Ana is truly an entrepreneur and actively known to be found serving her community. She is passionate, committed and dedicated to making a positive impact through her work ethics and business practices. 

She continues to expand her expertise as a developer, further contributing to the growth and enhancement leading into Real Estate Investments.
